EcoFest 2012 is a community event organized by Learning Gate Community School to celebrate the many businesses, organizations, and individuals in the Tampa Bay area dedicated to the principles of sustainability — Ecology, Equity and Economy.
EcoFest 2012 will be held on April 14, 2012 on the school grounds in Lutz, Florida. The event will be open to the public from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. Admission to the event is free.
There will be live music, workshops, demonstrations, informational booths, green living products and services. Some local artists, green businesses, environmental organizations, alternative health practitioners, renewable energy specialists, organic farms and gardens with produce. All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and tents. In addition, we encourage you to become an EcoFest 2012 sponsor to highlight your green brand within the community.

Learning Gate Community School has created this set of guidelines for the vendors that participate in EcoFest 2012. Please read and follow the guidelines listed below.
- Set-up for the event will be from 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on the day of the EcoFest, Saturday, April 14, 2012.
- For safety reasons no vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area. Carts will be available on a first come first serve basis.
- Each vendor is responsible for having the appropriate permits and licenses.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own insurance coverage.
- Please make sure you maintain a presence at your booth throughout the EcoFest 2012 event.
- We request that all vendors use products that are made from recycled materials.
- Any sharing of booth space must be approved in advance by Learning Gate.
- Learning Gate will not be held responsible for damage, theft or injury to vendors or their booths.
- Tear down of vendor booths should not begin earlier than 3:00 P.M.
- No outside food vendors will be participating in EcoFest 2012.
- Learning Gate reserves the right to deny or restrict any vendor application that does not comply with the intent of EcoFest 2012. This includes any printed material, displays, noises, personal conduct or methods of operation.
